We love to design.... A 'Capital' Achievement

We get involved with lots of exciting design projects but by far the most rewarding in recent months is our project with Derwent Capital Markets (www.derwentcapitalmarkets.com).

Based in London, Derwent specialises in the UK equity derivatives market. Our client, Paul Hawtin, approached us to design a concept for a Presentation Folder, Inserts and Stationery.

With the goal of attracting and impressing the larger clients that Derwent wish to work with, they wanted the best that money could buy and an image that would portray the experience, professionalism and quality of Derwent's offering. And we didn't disappoint.

We have created a slick, clean and understated design which is typographically strong and makes full use of high impact 'StarMarque' (or Spot UV, for those in the know) as an added design feature. The eye can't fail to be drawn and the materials used are tactile to the user.

During my last conversation with Paul, he told me that his clients were proactively commenting on the standard of his collateral and I have no doubt that when you're holding a meeting with your next big client, the confidence that such comments can give you should not be underestimated.

So, what did Paul have to say about working with the Sheffield printing.com design team? Read on....

If you'd like to view the whole range of work we produced for Paul, simply click on the images below to see the proofs (and be mindful that the bright yellow indicates where we put the glossy highlights).

We're looking forward to the next stage of re-vamping Paul's website and we've entered Derwent Capital's designs into our Annual Design Awards so watch this space for results....

If your own marketing range could do with a re-vamp, why not book a consultation to discuss the possibilities? And remember, design is an investment - not a cost.
